- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Saved my life! Serious medical condition, no drug, no surgery. I will die sooner than later, and in great pain. His advice: change to a plant based diet. I did, five days a week, pork fat rules on the weekends. I lost 37 lbs, went from 40 to 36 inch waist, and my bad blood numbers retreated, plateaued, and went down. I just might beat this thing! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife was in severe pain and needed medication (prilosec). Dr Kretschmar refused to prescribe her anything and over looked gull stones on her test. Makes us wonder what else he overlooked. We had to tell him she had gull stones and he said, "no big deal," and waved it off literally. All he could tell her was change her diet and exercise more. No doubt those things are true and she has done that. However, in that moment she needed medicine and her gull bladder removed for some temporary relief. He refused. He would make an excellent dietician and Bible teacher, but he is a rotten Dr who cost us several hundred dollars on needless test and prolonged my wife's suffering.
